Mezcal made with tradition.

A deliciously sweet and fruity addition to their Village Tradiciones series, Del Maguey Minero is hand-crafted in the village of Santa Catarina Minas.  Fermented and twice distilled in ancestral clay stills with bamboo tubing, the traditional way of making mezcal.  You can expect a nose of granite and fig, palate of citrus, honey, and green herbs.

Palate Icon

Granitic, with mint, appricot, tropical fruit and creamy blue cheese, with vanilla, fig, and honey, a hint of smoke, finishing with a bit of lemon peel

Floral essence, vanilla and figs, earthy with a burnt honey flavour and a bit of funk
