Featuring the collaboration of two historic families, two inspirational stories come together to create this unique Green Spot edition. To create this expression, the whisky is matured in a traditional mix of ex-Olorososherry, new and ex-boubon barrels and then transferred into ex-Bordeaux wine casks. The influence of the ex-Bordeaux wine casks results in a exceptionally balanced whisky that imparts unique, floral flavours.

Palate

Satisfying balance of oak and spices.

Nose

Initial aroma driven by French oak, which adds some crisp woodland notes to the spicy Single Pot Still character, is combined with a delicate touch of floral perfume and a hint of ripe berries and orchard fruits.

Finish

Rich, French oak character lingers, leaving wine and spices of French and Ireland with the last word.
