Wine Barrel Finish

Born from Master Distiller, Don Livermore’s experimentation with barrel finishes, this 15 year old whisky has been finished in used Cabernet Sauvignon barrels from Ontario’s Foreign Affair Winery. This enhances Pike Creek’s signature smooth style with notes of dark fruit and additional layers of oak.
