Rum Barrel Finish

Aged for ten years in used Canadian whisky casks, the whisky emphasizes grain and yeast characters, such as mature oak, autumn florals, spice and rich caramel. It is then finished in rum casks for a unique expression that creates a nicely balanced blend of sweet caramel and toffee notes followed by a warm and smooth finish.
