A beautiful blend of 100% double column distilled corn whisky, aged in used Canadian whisky casks, emphasizing grain and yeast characteristics, such as mature oak, autumn florals, spice and rich caramel. Southern Ontario’s fluctuating climate provides a special aging environment that promotes the formation of ethyl acetate, delivering delicious, unique notes of green apple, commonly disguised in other whiskies of similar age.
